Are you still going strong with your New Year’s resolution to exercise more? If you’re not, you’re not alone. According to a Gold’s Gym, February 7th is when there is a big drop in gym visits and it seems to be downhill from there.
There is hope, however. Fitness Magazine has a few pointers to keep you on track so your resolution doesn’t turn out to be another fad.
